DROP IT! is a pair of noise-dampening pads.

Optimized for Olympic weightlifting and powerlifting, are cost-efficient, American-made shock-absorbing floor mats that dramatically reduce the sound and vibration of bars/plates on the drop. For large training facilities that operate near other businesses or a residential area, this offers a simple solution for being a less noisy neighbor. And for garage gym owners, it opens up the possibility of early morning / late night training without waking up the whole family.

Drop it! pads are sold in pairs and measure 18” x 38” x 8” -. Backed by a one-year warranty, they’re constructed using one layer of black PE foam and one layer or special shock absorbing foam 18 oz. Heavy duty vinyl , mesh air strip and a reinforced carry handle of 2” seatbelt webbing is also sewn in, enabling easier transport and storage.

Besides weightlifting, gym owners can utilize their Drop it! pads for other uses, including introductory box jumps / steps training.
